Spiritual Direction: Individual Session

God is always and everywhere active in our world, our lives. Yet we often need a guide to help us find him in our everyday experiences. We need a supportive person willing to walk with us as we learn to surrender to Mystery and allow him to transform us. We need a soul friend.

Spiritual Direction offers this friendship of soul. In it we discover the movements and voice of God's Spirit as we learn to respond in ways that increase our capacity to love and be loved. Each month we gather for a holy conversation between the directee, the director, and the Holy Spirit. Together in a safe and prayerful space, we experience a greater awareness of God in the events of daily life and a deepening relationship with him through ancient practices like silence that keep us present and attentive to him.
